Hopping on my bike to meet with my lovely date Lynzie at Zy with a bottle of Bouygues Cerdon Rosé for an awesome selection of Utah cheeses. Had a bottle of malbec with my scallops then cruised over to Chef Viet’s to watch him compete on Extreme Chef! He killed it while we sipped on High West rye whiskey and tore through Takashi’s fried trout head. We didn’t get hit by a trax or into a fight with a lady bum, so I will call the night a success, though my date remembers only pieces of it…
